With 10+ years of expertise in real estate development management, construction project management, design development and financial analysis, Alex Putrenko is dedicated to delivering value to clients through real estate development management and construction owner-representation. Alex has a proven track record in full-cycle development management, securing municipal entitlements, conducting feasibility analysis, managing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating cross-discipline consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Architectural Engineering & Construction Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, providing him with technical expertise, and a Master of Business Administration from Uppsala University, offering insights into strategy and business operations.

Stadga draws its name from Norse, meaning stability, steadiness, and steadfastness. The term is homage to Alex's immersion in Sweden during his MBA studies, and reflects our dedication to providing steadfast support and unwavering guidance to our clients.

Through her work at Neighborhood Pop-Up and her experience with leading corporate law firms, as well as several major retail brands, Taylor has honed her expertise in executing impactful events and developing strategic initiatives that align with community and environmental values. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Simon Fraser University, enhancing her expertise with a strong foundation in creative and strategic thinking.
